EN ISO 20345 protective shells and toe caps resist a energy of 200 Joules. This energy corresponds to a 20 kg object falling from a height of one meter. When crushed (fall height equal to 0), the 200J protective shell resists a force equivalent to 1,500 kg.

The protective toe cap is made of ABS or composite, the anti-perforation textile sole and all the accessories are non-metallic. The choice of a Metal Free shoe is the guarantee of a shoe of greater lightness and increased flexibility.
