Cotton/polyester Canva fabric
The cotton/polyester canvas material is achieved through the weaving and exceptionally robust blend of cotton and polyester.
It combines the natural qualities from cotton, which give comfort, softness and breathability to the clothes, to those of polyester, which bring solidity and stability to the clothes.
This material thus offers excellent mechanical performance (abrasion, traction, etc.) compared to a cotton material / classic polyester.

A modern cut combining comfort and ergonomics
The Coverguard Workwear team has developed a new, more suitable cut to guarantee you optimal freedom of movement during your professional activities.

Adjustable inseam length
Our pants equipped with a hem system offer an innovative solution that will allow you to easily adjust your pants to your leg length.

Knee protection
Our trousers fitted with knee pad pockets have been developed for use with our EN 14404:2004 certified knee pads (ref 8KNEE). They have been specially sized to limit the displacement of the protections guaranteeing maximum comfort of use.

Metal-free
The new Coverguard Workwear garments have been studied to limit the risks of contact between the metal parts (zipper, press stud) with external elements.
Therefore, the zippers are concealed by flaps and the buttons are covered.

Multi-pockets
Since the functionality of the garment is one of the most important criteria, almost all Coverguard Workwear garments have a large number of pockets for various tools.

Cordura fabric
Registered trademark of Invista, this is a breathable synthetic fabric that offers increased strength while remaining lightweight. Its abrasion resistance is approximately 3 times greater than that of standard nylon. It dries quickly and washes easily.
The high-end Coverguard Workwear garments have been designed to reinforce all the areas most exposed to abrasion and tearing.
Thus the lower extremities, the knee pad pockets or the inside of some pockets of our trousers as well as the shoulder and elbow yokes of some jackets have been reinforced using Corudra material.

Reinforced seams
To guarantee the durability and solidity of the garment, the majority of our garments are made with triple seams supplemented with reinforcement stitches which guarantee the solidity and therefore the durability of the garment.

Durable zippers
The YKK zippers used on premium Coverguard Workwear garments have been selected for their proven strength and durability, ensuring the longevity of the garment.

E-care pockets
The pockets with the E-care system are lined with insulating fabric. Thanks to its grid of silver metallic threads integrated into the weaving, the E-care system provides an effective protective screen against electromagnetic waves, in particular those of mobile phones.

General mandatory requirements for protective clothing
This standard, formerly EN 340, determines the mandatory requirements in terms of:
• Ergonomics, comfort, safety
• Color fastness
• Dimensional variation due to cleaning: not more than 3%.
Garments certified to this standard are CE marked. Any garment that wishes to be certified according to one of the previous standards must first be certified according to this standard.
