Product description
The AUBOUEIX IRIS 2 protective helmet is a new-generation French safety helmet integrating a retractable protective goggle-visor directly into the shell. Designed and manufactured 100% in France by Auboueix, this versatile helmet is intended for various construction, civil engineering and industry trades. Its goggle-visor in shock-resistant polycarbonate offers anti-UV eye protection, anti-scratch and adjustable, while allowing the wearing of prescription glasses. Its pressure-moulded ABS shell has adjustable vents for optimal comfort in hot environments. Its textile cradle with ratchet nape band allows precise adjustment from 49 to 63 cm, completed by a 32 cm sani-contour comfort sweatband.

- EN 166:2002: guarantees general requirements for personal eye protection against mechanical and chemical risks
- EN 170:2003 (clear goggle): guarantees the compliance of the UV filter of the overglasses (scale 2-1.2)
- EN 172/A2:2001 (tinted goggle): guarantees the compliance of the solar filter for industrial use (scale 5-3.1, very dark filter)
