This 3-in-1 parka from Portwest is both waterproof and breathable. It is designed to protect you effectively against driving rain, wind and cold. It can be detached from the fleece and worn separately. Fleece is an excellent choice for use on its own when conditions are cool, but dry. It has 7 pockets for more storage, a double slider zip allowing quick and easy access with double flap.
