Anti-cold work accessories
For professionals working outdoors in winter or those working in refrigeration installations, working in a cold environment can have significant health consequences without the appropriate protection. In addition to the risks of hypothermia, frostbite or frostbite, it is not uncommon for the decline in manual dexterity and alertness caused by the cold to cause work accidents. In order to prevent these risks, it is advisable to use adequate equipment against the cold.
Whether your work exposes you to the cold of winter or you work in cold rooms, wearing several layers of clothing will provide better protection for the body.
Underwear
The first layer of clothing, which can be anti-cold work pants or a long-sleeved raglan t-shirt, must be well insulated in order to keep the skin dry. For this, it is recommended to opt for polyester or polypropylene underwear. These materials are also appreciated for their lightness, their ability to adapt perfectly to the body and for their thermoregulatory properties.
Pants, parkas and work jackets - Men and Women
For the top layer, opt for pants and a work jacket anti-cold in softshell fabric. This type of fabric is known for providing effective protection against the cold and wind, but also for being waterproof. If your occupation is clearing snowy roads, a parka or coveralls work in extreme cold with retro-reflective strips will ensure your safety.
