In hospitals, the food industry and kitchens , the Profi Birki has become the benchmark model for experienced workers. Its impressive hygienic properties have nothing to do with it: both components of this oil- and grease-resistant clog can be disinfected; the clogs can withstand washing at up to 80°C, and the removable PU insole can withstand washing at 60°C.
